Gary is a Senior Holiday Accident Investigator, who works with our Solicitors and Lawyers to make sure every case is thoroughly investigated.

His role is to look into the circumstances behind our clients’ holiday accidents and illnesses at overseas hotels and resorts, so we can put together the strongest possible case.

He is a qualified Health and Safety and Accident Investigator, with particular expertise in handling claims that involve large groups of people making a claim, and putting together evidence to use in Court.

Gary is widely respected in his field as a tenacious and professional investigator with a keen eye for detail, and his expertise was highly sought after by many leading law firms before he joined Simpson Millar.

Gary is a huge Formula One fan and a keen follower of American football, particularly the New England Patriots. He’s also a big Bolton Wanderers fan and has supported the team for nearly 50 years.
