£2,600 Compensation for Holiday Food Poisoning
Miss Bryant and her partner stayed at the Bella Vista Hotel in Skanes, Tunisia. Miss Bryant suffered with severe diarrhoea, cramping abdominal pains, headaches, fever, nausea, loss of appetite and tiredness. She suffered with symptoms of food poisoning for the rest of the holiday and when she was back home in the UK.A woman from Hampshire has expressed her happiness following her victory over her tour operator TUI Holidays for the Salmonella food poisoning she suffered during her holiday to Tunisia.
Terrible Tunisia from TUI Holidays
Miss Bryant returned home from her holiday still suffering from food poisoning symptoms. She visited her GP where she had a stool sample collected. The tests proved she had contracted the holiday food poisoning infection Salmonella and it was obvious that the source of the infection was the hotel in Tunisia.
Miss Bryant was angry that her holiday had been spoilt by Salmonella food poisoning and was determined to pursue the Tour Operator. Simpson Millar’s specialist Travel lawyers were on hand to help her battle against TUI Holidays and were able to manage Miss Bryant’s case on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis.
Good Service
Miss Bryant obtained £2,600 from TUI Holidays as compensation for the Salmonella food poisoning she suffered with and the ruined holiday that her and her partner endured. Miss Bryant stated, “The service was good and if I hadn’t used the service I wouldn’t have got any compensation.”
Miss Bryant commented on the solicitor, James Blower, who handled her case and said, “James answered all my questions in a timely manner. He made the whole claim process easy and straightforward.”
