Jonathan Fenney
Litigation Executive, Holiday Claims

Jonathan is a Litigation Executive in our Holiday Claims team, which helps people who’ve suffered accidents or fallen ill on holiday.

His role involves drafting witness statements for clients, witnesses and other parties, as well as carrying out investigation work into various aspects of travel claims in the department.

Jonathan has worked within the claims environment for 20 years and has a wealth of experience in taking and drafting statements and investigating claims.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys watching football, walking and travelling. He’s also a keen supporter of the Steve Prescott Foundation and continues to raise awareness and funds for them.

Jai-Inder Rattan
Holiday Claims Solicitor

Jai-Inder helps clients people who have been injured on holiday, and also works on cases involving breach of holiday contract.

He has more than ten years of litigation and claims experience and is committed to delivering the best possible service to each of his clients.

Jai-Inder is a member of the Law Society and has worked in several different areas of law throughout his career.

Jai-Inder enjoys playing and watching football, as well as reading, playing chess and spending time with his family.

Gary Rawlinson
Senior Holiday Accident Investigator

Gary is a Senior Holiday Accident Investigator, who works with our Solicitors and Lawyers to make sure every case is thoroughly investigated.

His role is to look into the circumstances behind our clients’ holiday accidents and illnesses at overseas hotels and resorts, so we can put together the strongest possible case.

He is a qualified Health and Safety and Accident Investigator, with particular expertise in handling claims that involve large groups of people making a claim, and putting together evidence to use in Court.

Gary is widely respected in his field as a tenacious and professional investigator with a keen eye for detail, and his expertise was highly sought after by many leading law firms before he joined Simpson Millar.

Gary is a huge Formula One fan and a keen follower of American football, particularly the New England Patriots. He’s also a big Bolton Wanderers fan and has supported the team for nearly 50 years.

Gary Frith
Personal Injury Lawyer

Gary is a Senior Lawyer specialising in helping people compensation after suffering a personal injury.

He joined Simpson Millar back in 1978 and now has more than 30 years’ experience of helping personal injury clients make a compensation claim.

Notable cases in his career including helping victims of the Zeebrugge ferry disaster in 1987 and representing workers at the former Corby steelworks in Northamptonshire in their hearing loss claims.

Gary is a big Elvis Presley fan and has visited the King’s home at Graceland. He also enjoys collecting Cunard/QE2 ocean liner memorabilia, as well as travelling and spending time with his family.
